Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our home watch services
Home watch is a professional service where trained individuals perform regular visual inspections of your home while you are away. The goal is to identify and report issues early — such as leaks, pest activity, storm damage, or HVAC problems — before they become costly repairs.
Depending on your plan, we visit once or twice per month. Our Signature Care plan includes one monthly visit, Snowbird Care includes two monthly visits, and our Prevent & Protect plan offers a custom schedule tailored to your needs.
We immediately document the issue with photos and notify you via email and text. If emergency action is needed, we coordinate with trusted local vendors to address the problem quickly and keep you informed every step of the way.
