- Modem and camera resets
- Humidity and odor indicators
Documentation & Reporting
- Photo documentation every visit

Storm Response Services
When severe weather hits, we are here. Our storm response service includes pre-storm and post-storm inspections, photo documentation of any damage, and coordination with trusted local vendors if repairs are needed.
$125 per storm event
Vendor Coordination
Need someone to meet a contractor, let in a cleaning crew, or oversee a repair? We handle vendor coordination as a courtesy service so you do not have to make the trip.
$65/hour (2-hour minimum)
